About the Role
We are hiring a hands-on Engineering Manager / Team Lead to lead a cross-functional team delivering and modernizing complex enterprise and device-integrated software applications.
You will own technical direction, delivery execution, team leadership, quality, and release readiness across frontend, backend, QA, and DevOps.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor software development and QA teams.
Own sprint delivery, capacity planning, quality, technical risks, and release readiness.
Drive architecture, design reviews, code quality, automated testing, secure SDLC, and CI/CD practices.
Provide technical direction across Angular, TypeScript, C#/.NET, Python, APIs, integrations, and cloud-native environments.
Collaborate with Product, UX, QA, DevOps, Systems Engineering, and global stakeholders.
Support issue resolution across applications, APIs, databases, logs, containers,



and deployment environments.
Required Skills
12+ years in software engineering, including 4+ years in engineering leadership or technical delivery leadership.
Experience managing cross-functional frontend, backend, QA, and DevOps teams.
Strong knowledge of Angular, TypeScript, C#/.NET, ASP.NET Core, and Python.
Experience with REST APIs, gRPC, Kafka, API integrations, and Backend-for-Frontend (BFF) architecture.
Knowledge of Playwright, PostgreSQL, MinIO/S3, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, Jira, Confluence, and Git.
Good understanding of secure SDLC, authentication, authorization, session management, and vulnerability management.
Qualification
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, Electronics, or a related discipline. Equivalent relevant experience will also be considered.
