Role Summary:
Responsible for planning, executing, and delivering KREON's product initiatives. Ensures smooth coordination between tech, operations, design, and leadership teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Own project timelines, deliverables, and cross-team coordination.
Break requirements into transparent tasks and track progress.
Identify risks, bottlenecks, and implement solutions proactively.
Work closely with product, tech, and operations to ensure successful launches.
Maintain documentation, status reports, and drive weekly reviews.
Ensure high-quality output and timely delivery.
Requirements:
3–5 years of project or product management experience.
Strong communication and organisational skills.
Experience working with cross-functional teams.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Comfortable with fast-paced startup environments.
