Role Description The Interior Design Consultant role at Oaktree is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru.



The consultant will work closely with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and lifestyle, and translate these into functional and aesthetic kitchen, wardrobe, and storage designs. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing design concepts and layouts, selecting materials and finishes, coordinating with the in-house manufacturing team, and overseeing project timelines and on-site installations. The role also involves presenting proposals, explaining product features, and guiding clients through decision-making to ensure a positive experience. The consultant will collaborate with sales and customer service teams to support business growth and maintain Oaktree’s standards of quality and client satisfaction.
