Role Description The Sales Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bareilly. The Sales Executive is responsible for generating and converting leads, presenting suitable lending, insurance, and wealth advisory products, and managing the end-to-end sales cycle. Daily activities include meeting prospective and existing customers, understanding their financial needs, explaining product features and benefits, completing documentation,



and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth processing. The role also involves achieving sales targets, maintaining accurate records in CRM systems, conducting follow-ups, and participating in local marketing or outreach activities to expand the customer base. The Sales Executive collaborates closely with branch staff and management to ensure high customer satisfaction and adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
Strong sales and negotiation capabilities, with the ability to identify customer needs and match them to appropriate financial products.
Customer service and relationship management skills, including active listening, clear communication, and a consultative approach.
Basic financial literacy and understanding of consumer lending, insurance, and investment products or willingness to learn quickly.
Proficiency in using MS Office and digital tools, along with the ability to maintain
