Key Responsibilities:

Architect, design, and lead large-scale, omnichannel Amazon Connect implementations and migrations from legacy CCaaS/on-prem telephony platforms.

Design complex contact flows, Lex bot integrations, routing profiles, queues, and CTR streaming architectures.

Lead integrations using AWS Lambda, DynamoDB, S3, Kinesis, EventBridge, and third-party CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce CTI, ServiceNow).

Ensure enterprise-grade security, IAM policies, VPC design, call recording compliance, and high availability.

Mentor junior engineers, conduct code/architecture reviews, and serve as the primary technical interface for stakeholders.

Required Qualifications:

7+ years of hands-on contact center engineering (CCaaS / CTI / IVR / Telephony).

Deep architectural expertise in Amazon Connect, Amazon Lex (NLU/NLP), Contact Lens, and Contact Control Panel (CCP/Streams API).

Strong programming experience with Node.js, Python, or Java for Lambda-based orchestration.

Solid experience with CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or AWS CloudFormation / CDK).

AWS Certified Solutions Architect (Associate/Qualified) or AWS Certified Specialty (Data Analytics/Security) is highly preferred.
