Role Description The Assistant Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Hubli-Dharwad,



responsible for supporting and driving sales growth for Miven Mayfran’s chip conveyor and coolant filtration solutions. This role includes identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, managing existing customer accounts, preparing and presenting technical-commercial proposals, and coordinating product demonstrations and site visits. The Assistant Sales Manager collaborates closely with senior sales leaders, engineering, and operations teams to develop tailored solutions, ensure accurate quotations, and follow through on order execution. Daily responsibilities also involve maintaining a robust sales pipeline, tracking market trends and competitor activity, preparing sales reports and forecasts, and representing the company at industry events and customer meetings. The role requires regular interaction with customers in the metalworking, automotive, machine tool, and industrial automation sectors, with a focus on building long-term, value-driven relationships.
