Role Description The Sourcing Manager – Channel Partner Relations is a full-time, hybrid role based in Navi Mumbai, with flexibility for partial work from home. This role is responsible for identifying, evaluating, and onboarding channel partners that can effectively distribute and support Propello AI’s voice solutions. Day-to-day activities include researching prospective partners, negotiating commercial terms, managing ongoing partner relationships, and coordinating with internal teams such as sales, marketing,



product, and finance. The role also involves developing partner enablement plans, tracking partner performance against agreed targets, and ensuring partners are aligned with the company’s brand, service standards, and compliance requirements. The Sourcing Manager will contribute to continuous process improvement, provide market feedback, and help shape partner strategies that support sustainable growth.
Qualifications
Experience in sourcing, vendor management, or channel partner development within technology, SaaS, or related industries.
Strong relationship management skills, including negotiation, stakeholder communication, and conflict resolution.
Ability to analyze partner performance data, market trends, and commercial metrics to inform sourcing decisions.
Familiarity with sales processes, go-to-market strategies, and partner enablement in a B2B workplace.
Excellent written and verbal
