Hiring: Compliance Manager
Role Overview
You will be responsible for ensuring end-to-end compliance with RBI HFC Directions, managing regulatory reporting, supporting governance, and driving a robust compliance culture across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure compliance with RBI Master Directions for HFCs (including updates/amendments)
Maintain compliance calendar & regulatory trackers
Handle RBI returns, filings, and supervisory requirements
Support in Board/ Audit Committee compliance reporting
Undertake Compliance testing
Draft & update policies (FPC, KYC/AML, risk, etc.)
Coordinate internal audit, statutory audit & RBI inspections
Monitor KYC/AML and operational compliance
Identify compliance gaps and drive timely closure
Who We’re Looking For
1-2 years experience in NBFC / HFC / Banking
Background in Compliance / Secretarial / Audit / Credit / Operations (with regulatory exposure)
Strong understanding of:
RBI regulations (NBFC/HFC)
KYC/AML norms
Corporate & governance frameworks
Key Skills
Regulatory interpretation & implementation
Attention to detail & analytical mindset
Strong ownership & risk awareness
