Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and target-oriented Lead Generation Specialist to identify and generate recent business opportunities for our IT services, technology consulting, and staffing solutions.
The candidate will be responsible for researching potential companies, identifying key decision-makers, generating qualified leads, conducting outbound outreach, and creating opportunities for the Business Development and Sales teams.

Key Responsibilities:
Research and identify potential companies, technology organizations, enterprises, and startups that may have technology hiring or IT services requirements.
Generate qualified B2B leads through LinkedIn, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email campaigns, company websites, job portals, online databases, and other lead-generation platforms.
Conduct outbound prospecting through cold calls, personalized emails, LinkedIn outreach, and other channels.




Qualify prospects based on technology requirements, hiring volumes, skill requirements, location, engagement model, timelines, and decision-making authority.
Schedule meetings and discovery calls between qualified prospects and the Business Development/Sales team.
Build and maintain a database of prospective clients, hiring managers, HR contacts, procurement contacts, and technology decision-makers.
Monitor job postings, company expansion, funding announcements, technology initiatives, and other market indicators to identify potential business opportunities.
Work closely with Recruitment, Sales, and Business Development teams to understand current technology capabilities and align them with prospective client requirements.
Prepare regular reports on leads generated, prospects contacted, meetings scheduled, opportunities created, and conversion rates.
