The WFM Executive will be responsible for developing and implementing effective
workforce management strategies to support the CLM Domestic Diversified |
Outbound department. This role involves analyzing historical and real-time data,
forecasting demand, and optimizing scheduling to ensure an adequate and skilled
workforce is available to meet business needs. The executive will collaborate
closely with the management team to align WFM strategies with business
objectives, ensuring productive resource utilization and high customer
satisfaction.
