Role Description
This is a full-time, in office role located in Bengaluru for a Service Manager specializing in drone batteries. The Service Manager will oversee technical support, manage service requests, and ensure product functionality for clients.



Key responsibilities will include diagnosing issues with battery systems, managing repairs or replacements, implementing service improvements, and maintaining detailed service records. The role also involves collaborating closely with engineering teams, providing training to end-users, and upholding safety and quality assurance standards.
Qualifications
Technical expertise in battery systems, diagnostics, maintenance, and repair
Experience in customer support and service management
Knowledge of drones, unmanned aerial vehicles, and other aviation or aerospace technologies
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Understanding of safety protocols and quality assurance processes
Experience in team leadership and process improvement is an advantage
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology, or related field; relevant certifications are a
