This has been true for us across sectors - banking and finance, health and wellness, retail and consumer goods, media and technology (and more) - with Kotak Mahindra Bank, Shriram Life Insurance, Kapiva, GAP, HP, Homelane, Flipkart, Cult and Swiggy - unearthing the simplest ways to change behaviour and create impact at scale.

That work has compounded. We're now running multi-year consulting mandates that go well past research into intervention design and solution building, alongside a workshop and training practice that spans corporate India, universities and schools. At this inflection point, we're looking for builders with the energy and pace to shape the next chapter of TinkerLabs.

We're looking for a strategist who can do three things: find the behaviour that actually matters, make a complex project feel straightforward,



and defend the work in front of a client - with confidence and humility in equal measure.

What you'll do:
Lead end-to-end consulting projects: Drive design research, behaviour mapping and analysis, ideation and prototype testing across projects. You own the arc from kick-off to handover.
Rock-solid project leadership: Organise tasks and deliverables smoothly, anticipate risks and manage bottlenecks, manage scope and stakeholder alignment. Complex behavioural projects have a hundred moving parts. Bring structure to chaos.
Craft strategic narratives for communication: Translate research decisions, complex findings and interventions into intuitive reports, visual narratives and actionable next steps to secure buy-in from internal and external stakeholders. Simplify, simplify, simplify.
