Job Purpose:
To design and drive the organization’s learning and development strategy, ensuring capability building, leadership development, and alignment with business goals.

Job Description:
Develop and implement the overall L&D; strategy aligned with organizational objectives
Lead Training Needs Analysis (TNA) across functions and design structured learning interventions
Drive leadership development, succession planning, and capability-building initiatives
Establish governance and standardization of training processes across the organization
Oversee execution of training programs and ensure quality, consistency, and scalability
Monitor training effectiveness through KPIs, analytics, and ROI measurement
Partner with senior leadership to align learning initiatives with business priorities
Lead and mentor the L&D; team, ensuring capability development and performance management
Drive adoption of digital learning platforms, LMS,



and blended learning approaches
Manage external training partners, budgets, and cost optimization
Ensure audit readiness and compliance with training standards and documentation
Lead CSR initiatives through learning interventions and drive employee participation

Qualifications and Experience
MBA/PGDM in Human Resources (preferred)
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
8–12 years of experience in Learning & Development
Proven experience in designing and implementing L&D; strategies
Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
Experience in managing teams and cross-functional initiatives
Proficiency in LMS, digital learning tools, and training analytics
