Coremile is looking for an energetic and hands-on Store Manager to lead dark store operations and drive efficient, high-speed order fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage pick-pack-dispatch operations and delivery SLAs
• Maintain 99%+ inventory accuracy and manage stock control
• Lead and schedule pickers, packers & delivery personnel
• Monitor store expenses, resource utilization and assets
• Coordinate with supply chain, category and last-mile teams
• Drive operational efficiency in a fast-paced workplace
Requirements
• 3–6 years of experience in warehouse, dark store, retail or supply chain operations
• Quick Commerce / E-commerce / FMCG experience preferred
• Proficiency in WMS, ERP tools & real-time dashboards
• Strong team leadership and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to work rotational shifts in a 24/7 dark store setup
