Role Description The Production Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, responsible for overseeing end-to-end production operations. This role manages daily production schedules, coordinates with design, procurement, and quality teams, and ensures all products are delivered on time and to specification. The Production Manager monitors workflow on the floor,



allocates resources, resolves bottlenecks, and maintains clear documentation of processes and outputs. They implement quality standards, track inventory and materials, and liaise with vendors and service providers as needed. The role also includes training and guiding production staff, enforcing safety and compliance protocols, and identifying opportunities for process optimization and cost efficiency.
Qualifications
Experience in production management, operations coordination, or manufacturing supervision, ideally in a design, apparel, lifestyle, or related creative industry.
Robust skills in planning, scheduling, and workflow management, with the ability to balance multiple projects and deadlines.
Knowledge of quality control principles, process optimization, and basic inventory management practices.
