Work Location: Yeshwanthpur (Bangalore)
Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LL.B) from a recognized university in India
Experience: 5 - 7 years of relevant experience, preferably in a reputed law firm or as in-house counsel, with strong exposure to litigation and dispute resolution.

Key Responsibilities:
Litigation Management:
Handle and oversee all ongoing litigations, including writ petitions, civil suits, arbitration proceedings, and commercial disputes.
Draft plaints, written statements, affidavits, replies, and applications for court proceedings.
Coordinate and liaise with external counsels for case strategy, court appearances, and updates.
Maintain records and track timelines for all ongoing and potential litigation matters.
Contract & Agreement Management:
Draft, review, and negotiate various agreements such as lease agreements, vendor contracts, NDAs, employment agreements, consultancy contracts, and service agreements.




Ensure all contracts comply with applicable laws and safeguard the company’s interests.
Legal Advisory:
Provide day-to-day legal advice on corporate, operational, and compliance matters.
Advise management on the impact of new laws, regulations, and judicial pronouncements affecting the company’s business.
Regulatory & Compliance:
Liaise with government, regulatory, and quasi-judicial authorities as required.
Ensure timely filing and follow-up of trademark, patent, and other intellectual property applications.
Internal Coordination:
Work closely with various departments to gather case-related information and provide legal support.
Conduct legal training for internal teams to mitigate operational risks.
