We are looking for someone who enjoys working in a fast-growing startup environment and is comfortable taking ownership of day-to-day HR activities.
Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Talent Acquisition
Handle end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles.
Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Internshala, referrals, and other hiring platforms.
Review and shortlist resumes.
Conduct initial HR screening calls.
Coordinate technical and management interviews.
Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Discuss notice period,



location, salary expectations, and joining availability.
Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment records.
Coordinate offer release and joining.
Build and maintain a talent database for future requirements.
HR Operations
Manage employee onboarding and joining formalities.
Maintain employee records and documentation.
Coordinate offer letters, appointment letters, and HR documentation.
Maintain attendance and leave records.
Support probation and confirmation processes.
Coordinate employee exits and clearance processes.
Maintain HR trackers and reports.
Handle basic employee queries and HR-related coordination.
Ensure employee information is properly maintained and updated.
Employee Engagement & Culture
Support employee engagement initiatives.
Coordinate birthdays, festivals, team activities, and internal events.
Collect employee feedback.
Help improve employee experience and workplace culture
