About This Role
This is a founding engineering hire. You will be joining a pre-revenue, product-stage company with no existing engineering team in place, which means you will be responsible for taking our base demo product and building it into a production-grade platform.

You will work in close collaboration with a US-based Technical Consultant who will provide architectural direction and high-level technical guidance. For day-to-day operations, delivery execution, and team coordination,



you will report to the India Operational Head.

As the company scales, you will build and lead a cross-functional team of engineers and own the India engineering operations end to end. If you are looking for a role where every decision you make has direct, visible impact.

Key Responsibilities
Foundation & Architecture
Inherit, extend, and scale the existing technology stack (backend, frontend, DevOps, data pipelines, and ML/AI systems) building on a working demo product toward a production-ready platform.
Establish production-grade engineering standards, tooling, and development processes, taking the codebase from demo quality to enterprise-ready.
Define and own a scalable architecture for real-time, high-v
