Role Description : As a Business Development Manager at Sevaleen, you will play a key role in expanding access to trusted home healthcare services across Delhi NCR.
This is more than a traditional sales role. We are looking for individuals who can identify opportunities, build meaningful partnerships, develop new markets, and help families access trusted patient care, elder care, caregiving, companionship, and home healthcare services.
You will work closely with hospitals, doctors, healthcare professionals,



corporates, residential communities, referral partners, and other stakeholders to strengthen Sevaleen's presence across the healthcare ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify and develop recent business opportunities across Delhi NCR
• Build relationships with hospitals, doctors, healthcare providers, corporates, communities, and referral partners
• Generate and manage a healthy business pipeline
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and partnership discussions
• Promote Sevaleen's home healthcare and patient care services
• Develop territory growth plans and market expansion strategies
• Collaborate with operations and caregiving teams to support successful service delivery
• Monitor market trends and identify growth opportunities
• Achieve assigned business development and revenue targets
• Maintain accurate CRM records, sales reports, and business updates
