About the Role
The Assistant Manager – Operations will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations of mortgage processes, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of services while maintaining high standards of quality, productivity, compliance, and client satisfaction.
The role requires solid knowledge of US mortgage operations, process management, team handling, performance monitoring, and risk controls.



The Assistant Manager will work closely with internal stakeholders and management to drive operational efficiency, identify process gaps, implement improvements, and ensure adherence to client requirements and applicable US mortgage guidelines.

Operations Management
Manage and oversee day-to-day operations for US mortgage Underwriting processes, ensuring timely and accurate completion of assigned activities.
Monitor workflow, productivity, turnaround time (TAT), and service-level agreements (SLAs) to ensure operational targets are consistently achieved.
Allocate work effectively across the team based on volumes, priorities, and employee capabilities.
Ensure smooth functioning of operations and proactively address bottlenecks and escalations.
Team Management
Lead, guide, and support a team of operations professionals to achieve business and client objectives.
Monitor individual and team performance and provide regular feedback, coaching, and performance guidance.
