Role Description The Management Mentor role is a full-time, on-site position based in Madurai. The Management Mentor will guide and coach students on core management concepts, communication, and skilled skills required for success in placement processes and in early career roles. Day-to-day responsibilities include delivering interactive classroom sessions, facilitating workshops,



mentoring small groups, and providing one-on-one feedback to help learners improve performance. The role also involves designing and refining training materials, assessing student progress through evaluations, and collaborating with the academic and operations teams to align program outcomes with industry expectations. The Management Mentor is expected to maintain a supportive learning environment, model professional behavior, and stay updated on hiring trends and workplace practices relevant to tech and management roles.
Qualifications
