Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Bengaluru. The Sales Executive will engage with prospective buyers, provide detailed information about Vagmine’s villas, apartments, and plotted developments, and conduct site visits and property demonstrations. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing leads, following up with inquiries, maintaining accurate records of client interactions,



and supporting customers throughout the sales cycle from initial contact to closure. The role also involves coordinating with marketing and project teams, preparing basic sales reports, and ensuring a skilled, transparent experience for all clients.
Qualifications
Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to convert leads into successful bookings.
Customer relationship and communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication in English; knowledge of local languages is an advantage.
Basic understanding of real estate markets, residential property features, and site visit coordination.
Ability to work on-site, manage field activities, and maintain organized documentation of leads and deals.
Comfort using phones, email, and basic office software or CRM tools to track and follow up on prospects.
Prior experience in real estate sales or related customer-facing roles is preferred but not mandatory.
