Role Description
The Jr./ Mid level Operations Analyst is responsible for all aspects of executing physical shipments. Responsibilities include accurate management of ERP system in line with actual trade cycle, logistics execution, contracts execution, WSMD management, invoicing & exposure management and risk mitigation covering a wide spectrum of raw materials globally.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
• 1-5 years’ work experience
• Experience in Metal Trading Operations preferably in Ferrous/Non-Ferrous Metals would be an added advantage.
• University degree in a quantitative discipline, e.g. international business, accounting, engineering or economics
• Positive Excel skills and strong numerical abilities




• Strong multi-tasker and good worker under time pressure
• Detailed, conscientious and precise
• A good intuitive feel for numbers, ability to quickly spot an error and analytical in approach
• Self-starter and pro-active attitude
• Experience working in a multi-cultural environment, speaking regularly with colleagues and external stakeholders (domestic & overseas)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Inquisitive personality and prepared to challenge people
