Role Description The Chief Administrator – Schools | Delhi NCR will oversee the administrative operations of school properties and facilities within the Delhi NCR region. This full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India involves managing day-to-day campus administration,



including infrastructure maintenance, safety and security, vendor coordination, and support services. The role includes aligning school facilities with regulatory requirements, optimizing space utilization, and ensuring that all administrative processes run efficiently. The Chief Administrator will collaborate with school leadership, finance, and operations teams to manage budgets, track performance metrics, and implement process improvements. This position also requires building robust relationships with internal stakeholders, external partners, and regulatory bodies to ensure smooth functioning of all school campuses under VISCO India’s management.
Qualifications
Strong experience in school or institutional administration, including facilities management, operations oversight, and campus services coordination.
Proficiency in budgeting, resource planning, vendor management, and contract administration for multiple sites
