Work with UST’s clients to understand business objectives, determine project scope, priorities, and functional requirements for integration solutions.
Act as the primary technical engagement point for customers throughout the project lifecycle.
Facilitate technical workshops, requirements gathering, and solution walkthroughs with business and technical stakeholders.
Estimate delivery effort, timelines, implementation approach, and technical risks.
Lead detailed technical design sessions and produce solution design documentation.
Develop integration solutions using enterprise integration platforms and associated technologies.
Develop system requirements, design solutions, build, test, troubleshoot,



and deploy both front-end and back-end integration components.
Clarify customer requirements, evaluate alternative solution options, and recommend the most suitable technical approach.
Collaborate with Solution Architects, Business Analysts, Project Managers, QA teams, and customer technical teams throughout delivery.
Ensure solutions comply with enterprise architecture standards, security requirements, development standards, and operational best practices.
Support production deployments, defect resolution, and post-implementation activities where required.
Mentor junior consultants and contribute reusable assets, best practices, and continuous improvement initiatives. Project Delivery Responsibilities
