About the Role
We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Inside Sales Executive – GCC to join our sales
team. The ideal candidate will have robust experience in lead generation, outbound sales, prospect
research, lead qualification, and appointment setting, specifically within the Global Capability
Centre (GCC) / Captive segment in India.
The candidate will be responsible for identifying and engaging decision-makers across target GCC
organizations, understanding their business requirements, qualifying opportunities using the
BANT framework, and generating qualified meetings for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities
● Conduct detailed research to identify target GCCs / Captive organizations and relevant
decision-makers in India.
● Build and maintain a strong database of GCC accounts, prospects, and key stakeholders.
● Execute outbound prospecting through:
○ Email campaigns
○ Cold calling
○ LinkedIn




○ LinkedIn Sales Navigator
○ Other relevant prospecting channels
● Generate and qualify leads based on Budget, Authority, Need, and Timeline (BANT).
● Schedule qualified meetings between prospects and internal sales/business stakeholders.
● Understand the company's services, solutions, value proposition, USP, and target customer
profile.
● Develop personalized messaging and outreach strategies based on prospect requirements.
● Maintain accurate prospect and activity records in the CRM. ● Track outreach, lead-generation activities, conversions, and pipeline movement.
● Conduct account and market research to identify new business opportunities within the
GCC ecosystem.
● Work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to support campaigns, events, and
business-development initiatives.
● Continuously monitor the GCC market, industry trends, organizational changes, and
potential buying signals.
