About the Role
SRJ Piping India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and responsible Fire Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day fire protection works at project sites. The candidate will be responsible for supervising site manpower, coordinating with the site team and subcontractors, ensuring work is executed as per approved drawings and specifications, and maintaining safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
1. Site Execution
Supervise day-to-day installation of fire protection and firefighting systems.
Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, BOQ, specifications and project requirements.
Supervise installation of fire hydrant, sprinkler, fire alarm, fire suppression and other fire protection systems as applicable to the project.
Coordinate pipe routing, supports, valve installation, equipment installation and related works.




Check the quality and workmanship of installation before inspection.
2. Manpower Management
Manage and allocate site manpower including foremen, skilled workers and helpers.
Monitor daily productivity and ensure work targets are achieved.
Maintain discipline and proper utilisation of manpower.
Coordinate with the Site Engineer/Project Manager regarding manpower requirements.
3. Drawing & Technical Coordination
Read and understand fire protection drawings, layouts, isometrics and shop drawings.
Ensure installation is carried out according to the latest approved drawings.
Identify site-level issues, clashes or deviations and report them to the Site Engineer/Project Manager.
Coordinate with civil, electrical, HVAC and other MEP teams wherever required.
4. Material Management
Check materials received at site against the required specifications and quantities.
