The Mission
We're hiring a high energy Client Partnerships Associate to scout, pitch, and onboard clients onto our platform. You'll be the face of Influency to the client community, turning cold outreach into active platform members.
What You'll Own
Scout and Pitch: Identify high potential clients (brands and creators) across Kerala and pitch them on Influency.
Onboard and Activate: Move clients from "interested" to fully set up and ready for collaborations.
Be the Face on the Ground: Hit local meetups and events to build real relationships across the client ecosystem.
Build the Pipeline: Keep outreach tight, track your numbers, and report directly to the COO.
Who You Are
A Natural Communicator: Confident and quick on your feet, whether texting a creator, calling a brand, or meeting a client in person.
Bilingual: Skilled fluency in Malayalam and English is essential.
Client Savvy: Basic understanding of the brand- creator ecosystem.
Driven and Adaptable: Recent graduate ready to skip the corporate grind and get hands on startup experience.
Kochi Based: Ready to move around the city for events and meetings.
