Position Title: Lead Engineer QA (Karate Framework)
Required Qualification Level: Bachelor (Hons.) Qualification Field: Computer Science Engineering, IT
Preferred Qualification Level: Masters Qualification Field: MCA,MSC
Location: Bangalore
Years of Experience: 5-7 years

Role Summary:
Lead the QA team and take end-to-end ownership of manual and automation testing, including test strategy, framework development, automation implementation, quality assurance, team mentoring, and continuous improvement of QA processes to ensure high-quality software delivery.

Technical Skills required:
Strong experience in Test Strategy, Test Planning, and Test Estimation.
Extensive experience in Manual and Automation Testing.
Solid experience in UI and API Test Automation.
Hands-on experience with Selenium, Playwright, Java, TypeScript, JavaScript, and Python.
Experience in designing, developing, and maintaining Test Automation Frameworks from scratch.
Strong experience in BDD using Cucumber, along with hands-on experience in Page Object Model (POM), Keyword-Driven, Data-Driven, and Hybrid




Automation Frameworks.
Experience in API Automation using Karate and other API testing frameworks.
Experience in implementing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines for automated test execution.
Hands-on experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS and GCP.
Experience in integrating automated tests with CI/CD tools and pipelines.
Knowledge of test framework design, reusable automation components, reporting, and test execution strategies.
Ability to lead technical QA initiatives and provide guidance to QA team members on automation best practices.
