Around The City is looking for a proactive and organised intern to support our day-to-day brand operations, PR coordination, inventory management, and content-related activities.

This role is ideal for someone who wants hands-on exposure to how a fashion brand operates across PR, logistics, content, inventory, customer communication, and internal coordination.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with influencer and PR dispatches, including packing coordination, courier bookings, and maintaining dispatch records
• Support customer order dispatches and coordinate with delivery partners and courier offices when required
• Assist with email, WhatsApp, and Instagram DM communication relating to PR, collaborations, customer queries, and brand operations
• Support day-to-day office coordination, including communication with housekeeping staff, building security, delivery personnel, and other service providers
• Assist with website and in store stock updates and maintain basic inventory and stock movement trackers
• Maintain records of influencer collaborations, PR gifting, dispatches,



and follow-ups
• Create high-quality Meta ad creatives and coordinate with the performance marketing team for creative requirements and revisions
• Assist in preparing PR look-books and other brand presentation material
• Support brand content shoots conducted at the office or elsewhere in the city and coordinate with our external social media team when required
• Coordinate with the in-house designer regarding garments needed for shoots, dispatches, stock movement, or other brand requirements
• Maintain basic trackers for inventory, collaborations, dispatches, and operational tasks
• Support general day-to-day brand operations as required
