Role Description This is a full-time, in office Program Manager role based in Indore. The Program Manager will oversee end-to-end delivery of complex technology programs, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of multiple projects within the program. Responsibilities include defining program scope and objectives, coordinating cross-functional teams, managing timelines and budgets, and ensuring alignment with stakeholder requirements. The role involves tracking risks and issues,



driving program governance, preparing status reports, and facilitating communication between leadership, technical teams, and external partners. The Program Manager will also contribute to process improvement, resource planning, and adoption of best practices in program and project management. The candidate should have a minimum of 7-10 years of relevant experience.
