As our founding designer you set the bar for craft across everything we make. You will move from product strategy to high-fidelity interfaces, and partner closely with engineering to ship designs that survive contact with production.
What you'll do
Own product design end-to-end: flows, interfaces, prototypes and design systems.
Shape the Rixroent brand and keep it consistent across surfaces.
Partner with engineers so designs ship faithfully and rapid.
Bring research and judgement — design with evidence, not just taste.
What we're looking for
A portfolio of shipped product work you can walk us through.
Strong interaction and visual design; fluent in Figma.
Systems thinking — you build for scale, not one-off screens.
Comfort working closely with engineering.
Nice to have
Motion / 3D or front-end skills.
Experience designing for AI products.
