Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of application issues and minimize business disruption.
Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and best practices to enhance overall team capability.
Continuously evaluate and improve support processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
Skilled & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Governance Risk and Compliance (SAP GRC).
Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP Security.
Strong analytical skills to diagnose and resolve complex application issues within SAP GRC environments.
