Role Overview
We are looking for a seasoned, number - driven and well-connected Sales Professional from the Packaging industry for Secondary & Tertiary Packaging solutions for Trasnsit & Storage purposes , with direct relationships with CAPEX decision-makers across South India.





This role requires a robust business contributor who can independently drive revenue, penetrate key accounts, and establish Order ReOrder as a preferred returnable packaging solutions partner.

Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Revenue Growth
- Generate and close outright sales of returnable packaging solutions for Storage & Transit.
- Drive annual revenue targets across South India.
- Penetrate Automotive OEMs, Tier-1, Tier-2 suppliers, Electronics, FMCG, Pharma & Industrial sectors.
- Identify conversion opportunities from wood-to-plastic and expendable-to-returnable packaging.

Sales Pipeline & Account Management
- Maintain structured Sales pipeline visibility.
- Deliver monthly forecasting and sales MIS.
- Convert pilot projects into long-term business.

Relationship Capital & Market Penetration
- Leverage existing industry network across:
- Procurement Heads
- SCM Heads
- Plant Heads
- Packaging Engineers
- Build strategic relationships with C
