Role Description The RSM and State Head role at Phone Dekho – Renewed Mobiles is a full-time, in office position based in India. This role is responsible for overseeing regional sales operations, managing state-level sales teams, and driving revenue growth across assigned territories. Day-to-day responsibilities include setting sales targets, monitoring performance, analyzing market trends, and implementing strategies to increase market penetration.



The role involves coordinating with retail partners and distributors, ensuring compliance with company policies, and maintaining strong customer relationships. The RSM and State Head also collaborates with cross-functional teams to support promotional activities, optimize processes, and provide regular business reports to senior leadership.
Qualifications
Proven experience in regional or state-level sales management, preferably in the mobile, electronics, or retail sector.
Strong skills in team leadership, performance management, and stakeholder coordination.
Ability to analyze sales data, forecast demand, and develop effective sales strategies.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Comfort with on-site fieldwork, frequent travel within the state, and engagement with channel partners.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline; an MBA or equivalent qualification is an advantage.
