About the role
We build reporting, dashboarding, and AI-driven automation solutions for enterprise clients across top industries including FMCG, finance, and retail: MIS reports, Power BI dashboards, data models, and process automation built with Excel, Python and ETL tools. A typical engagement means taking a client’s raw, messy data, building the model and the pipeline behind it, and shipping a dashboard or an automated report they rely on every week. You will own this end to end: the extraction, the model, the automation, the validation and the final report or dashboard. This is a build-and-think role.

Our delivery is AI-assisted. Your effort concentrates on the data model, on reviewing what the tools produce, on edge cases, on data quality, and on getting a report or a dashboard genuinely production-ready for a client.

We want someone who is genuinely rapid with AI-assisted tools - Claude, ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, Copilot in Power BI and Fabric - for writing SQL, DAX, and Python, and equally rigorous about checking what they produce before it reaches a client. If that is already how you work, you will fit right in.

One line worth saying plainly, because it is the part of AI-assisted work that goes wrong quietly: we use AI on the logic, not on client data. Schemas, structures, and sample shapes go into a tool; client rows and personal data do not. You will be expected to know the difference and to hold that line without being asked.
