We are launching a new service focused on connecting people in Australia with relevant migration professionals.

We are looking for a strong phone-based salesperson / appointment setter who can take warm inbound leads, speak to them confidently, understand their situation, qualify them, and book them for the next step.

This is not a customer support role.
This is a sales role .

What you will do
- Call warm inbound leads generated through Meta/Facebook ads
- Respond to new leads quickly
- Understand the lead’s situation through structured questioning
- Build rapport and trust over the phone
- Qualify whether the lead is suitable for the next step
- Book qualified appointments with migration professionals
- Follow up with leads who do not answer or do not book immediately
- Keep CRM records updated accurately
- Track calls, bookings, follow-ups, and outcomes
- Work toward explicit weekly appointment and show-rate targets




- Review call recordings and continuously improve your sales approach

Your responsibility is to understand the lead at a high level, qualify them, explain the next step clearly, and book the appointment.

We are looking for someone who
- Has 1–3+ years of experience in telesales, inside sales, appointment setting, counselling, or phone-based sales
- Is extremely comfortable speaking to people on the phone
- Has strong spoken English
- Sounds confident, warm, and trustworthy
- Can build rapport quickly
- Knows how to ask good questions rather than blindly reading a script
- Can handle objections naturally
- Is comfortable following up multiple times
- Is target-driven and commercially minded
- Is highly responsive and organised
- Can work independently without needing constant supervision
- Is comfortable working with Australian customers
