Role Description The Marketing Management Trainee role is a full-time, in office position based in Hyderabad. The trainee will support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, assist in developing market strategies for TEC’s financial products and programs, and participate in promotional activities and events. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market research, analyzing customer data and trends, coordinating with internal teams to create marketing materials,



and helping manage digital and offline marketing initiatives. The role also involves engaging with potential customers, responding to inquiries, gathering feedback, and contributing to improving customer experience and brand awareness. The trainee will work closely with senior marketing and sales professionals to learn best practices and grow into a more independent marketing management role.
