We are expanding our India footprint aggressively and are looking for a seasoned Delivery Manager to own our Clients delivery programme.

Role Purpose:
This role is the senior delivery owner for Inferyx's Clients. You will inherit a live, operational engagement and be the single point of accountability for delivery health, stakeholder management, and Client satisfaction. You will work closely with Clients and be the face of Inferyx.

This is a high-ownership role. You are expected to operate independently, manage complexity,



and protect delivery quality — freeing the Head of Technology to focus on India-wide growth

Roles & Responsibilities (R&R;)
Own end-to-end client delivery, sprint governance & Go-Live milestones
Lead Scrum calls, sprint reviews and stakeholder reporting
Track delivery health, risks, SLAs, quality and key milestones
Manage senior client stakeholders and delivery escalations
Drive program governance, RAID logs, status reports and delivery KPIs
Collaborate with Engineering & Pre-Sales teams for successful platform adoption
Mentor delivery resources and establish SOPs/best practices

Requirements
12+ years in Technology Delivery / Program Management / Client-facing delivery
Solid knowledge of Data Lakes, Data Warehouses, ETL/ELT & Data Platforms
Experience with Medallion Architecture / Lakehouse concepts
Strong Agile/Scrum & stakeholder management skills
Exposure to AWS / Azure / GCP / Databricks / Snowflake
PMP / PRINCE2 or equivalent certification
