Role Description The Customer Service Representative (Hindi) is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai. In this position, the representative will handle inbound and outbound customer interactions, respond to inquiries, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner, primarily in Hindi and English. Daily responsibilities include providing product and service information, documenting interactions accurately,



escalating complex concerns, and following established procedures to ensure high-quality service. The role also involves maintaining a positive customer experience, meeting performance targets, and collaborating with team members and supervisors to continuously improve service delivery.
Qualifications

Solid customer-focused skills in Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Satisfaction.
Ability to enhance Customer Experience and effectively perform as a Customer Service Representative.
Proficiency in Hindi and good command of English, with clear and professional communication skills.
Ability to handle high-volume interactions, manage time efficiently, and work effectively in a fast-paced, on-site environment.
Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM or contact center tools is preferred.
Prior experience in a customer service or contact center role is an advantage but not mand
