About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Operations & Support Executive who can take ownership of data management, reporting, internal coordination, communication, and operational tasks.
This role is ideal for someone who is highly comfortable with MS Excel, works accurately with data, communicates clearly,



and takes responsibility for getting things done.
This is not a basic data-entry role. The person will be expected to understand the data they are working with, maintain accurate records, prepare reports, coordinate with different teams, and proactively identify and resolve discrepancies.
Key Responsibilities
Manage, organize, update, and maintain operational data and records.
Work extensively on MS Excel and Google Sheets for data management, tracking, reporting, and analysis.
Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
Monitor data accuracy and proactively identify discrepancies, missing information, or inconsistencies.
Maintain operational trackers, databases, documents, and reports.
Coordinate with internal teams to collect and consolidate required information.
Handle day-to-day communication and follow-ups with internal teams, customers, and other stakeholders.
