About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Business Development Manager (BDM) to generate new business opportunities, acquire clients, build strong relationships, and drive revenue growth for our IT services and software development business.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business opportunities through LinkedIn, Google, email marketing, referrals, networking, B2B platforms, and other channels.
Generate qualified leads for web applications, mobile applications, SaaS products, ERP/CRM solutions, and other IT services.
Understand client requirements and prepare suitable business proposals.
Communicate with domestic and international clients through calls, emails, LinkedIn, Zoom, and meetings.
Conduct requirement discussions and coordinate with the technical team for project estimation.
Prepare quotations, proposals, presentations, and Statements of Work (SOW).




Follow up with prospects and convert qualified leads into customers.
Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and update CRM regularly.
Negotiate pricing, timelines, and commercial terms with clients.
Build long-term relationships with existing and potential clients.
Track competitors, market trends, and new business opportunities.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Coordinate with Project Managers and technical teams during the client onboarding process.
Required Skills

Lead generation and prospecting experience.
Knowledge of IT services and software development.
Experience with LinkedIn and other B2B lead-generation channels.
Ability to understand basic technical requirements.
