We are looking for ex-Designers who have moved beyond design execution and want to orchestrate business outcomes in an AI-native world.
We are looking for someone who can walk into an ambiguous situation and ask: What problem should we solve? Why does it matter? What is now possible? And how do we get the organisation to act on it?
Your design background matters but as a foundation for problem framing, strategy, consulting, and influencing decisions, rather than as the end goal.

The Context
As AI, AI agents, and MCPs make product development faster than ever, the value of design is shifting from creating artefacts to shaping outcomes. This is an opportunity to redefine the role of design in an AI-native world, wherein human judgement, systems thinking, and creativity become the real differentiators.
While AI holds potential to be leveraged,
it cannot be left to determine what truly matters and why. The human in the loop has to take ownership of identifying which problems deserve attention, internalise the strategic context to navigate the solution landscape and build trust, alignment, and capability needed to drive organisational change. This is an prospect to design and co-create the necessary conditions in which people, AI, and organisations can thrive together to achieve impactful outcomes.
What we are looking for
We are less interested in your job title and more interested in the trajectory of your career.
You will likely have 8–12 years of total experience, with at least ~5 years in roles that required hands-on experience in framing business problems, not just executing design solutions or requirements.
