Job requirements
Experience Range:
5 - 8 years of experience in delivery management, with proven expertise in project and program management within data engineering environments
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage end-to-end delivery of data engineering projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to scope, quality, and budget
2. Develop and track Statements of Work (SOW), maintaining explicit scope definitions and monitoring progress against deliverables
3. Forecast project revenue accurately and proactively manage project financials, including P&L; oversight and budget control
4. Lead program management activities, coordinating multiple workstreams and ensuring alignment with organizational objectives
5.
Analyze project performance metrics and generate actionable insights to drive continuous improvement and optimize outcomes
6. Oversee people management tasks, including resource allocation, team development, and performance reviews
7. Identify, escalate, and resolve project risks and issues promptly, maintaining stakeholder confidence and minimizing disruptions
8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution and successful delivery
Required Skills:

3. Advanced skills in P&L; management and financial reporting
