Role Description The Security Consultant – B2C Sales is a full-time, on-site role based in Chandigarh. The individual in this role will engage directly with residential and small business customers to understand their security needs, conduct site assessments,



and recommend suitable alarm, monitoring, and response solutions. Day-to-day tasks include generating leads, managing the sales pipeline, conducting product demonstrations, and preparing customized proposals. The role also involves educating customers on security best practices, coordinating with technical teams for installations, and ensuring a seamless post-sales experience. The Security Consultant is expected to meet defined sales targets, maintain accurate records in CRM systems, and represent VProtect India’s brand and values in all customer interactions.
Qualifications

Strong Security Consulting skills, including the ability to assess customer risks, design appropriate solutions, and explain complex concepts in transparent, accessible language.
Knowledge of Cybersecurity and Information Security principles relevant to consumer security products and services.
