Position : Territory Sales Manager : South Reporting to : Regional Sales Manager

Business Unit : CPS

Location : Manesar

Description of the duties :

Ability to interact and sell effectively at all levels including, but not limited to: Corporate Officers, Plant Engineering and maintenance, Supply Chain Personnel, Operators and other plant support employees

Supporting Customers over the phone, email and in person in a courteous and productive manner

Learning our products with a focus on turbomachinery, life cycle cost, and Sustainability

Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients within the territory

Market Analysis: Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth

Sales Reporting: Track and report on sales performance metrics, forecasts, and market feedback to upper management





Lead Generation: Identify, pursue, and develop new business opportunities and sales leads within the territory

Product Promotion: Present and promote products to clients, conducting presentations and demonstrations as needed.

Requirements :

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering or related field

Mechanically inclined

Active listening skills and customer solution-oriented approach

Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills

Positive approach in work environment

Willingness to learn everyday on the job

Proficiency with MS Word, Excel and Outlook

Experience:

~2-5 years
