Graduate / Undergraduate candidates, as per company eligibility

~0–2 years of experience in Customer Service, BPO, Call Centre or related roles

~ Solid spoken and written English communication

~ Basic computer knowledge & MS Office skills

~ Comfortable working in rotational shifts

Shift: Rotational

Working Days: 5 days/week

Employment: Full-Time

Resolve customer queries and complaints professionally

Provide accurate product/service information
