At The Design Plexus , we design spaces that are thoughtful, timeless, and detail-driven. We're looking for a Senior Architect who can take ownership of design development, technical detailing, coordination, and execution across projects.

Senior Architect

Experience: 3–5 Years

We're looking for someone who has:

Strong architectural design and space-planning skills

Experience developing projects from concept through design development

Strong understanding of plans, sections, elevations, and architectural detailing

Experience preparing detailed working drawings and construction documentation

Positive understanding of materials, construction methods, and building systems

Ability to develop and coordinate architectural details

Experience coordinating with structural, MEP, and other consultants

Experience with site visits and coordination with contractors and site teams

Ability to review drawings and ensure design intent is maintained during execution





Ability to identify and resolve design and execution-related issues

Experience coordinating drawings, details, materials, and site requirements

Ability to manage project deliverables and timelines

Strong communication, coordination, and project-management skills

Software Skills:

AutoCAD

SketchUp

Rhino

D5 Render

Adobe Photoshop

MS Office

AI Tools – Added Advantage

Revit – Preferred

Qualification:

~ Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch)

Location: Andheri, Mumbai
