Sunday ( is a premium D2C mattress brand. We are looking for someone with a hospitality, airline, premium retail, or banking background who knows what it means to deliver a 5-star experience and who can turn that into revenue.

We do not need someone to answer calls and close tickets. Convert inbound telephone enquiries into sales through consultative, relationship-based selling

Collaborate with logistics, operations, and sales to resolve issues quickly

You bring warmth, polish, and emotional intelligence to every interaction. You know the difference between solving a problem and creating an experience. And you have the commercial instinct to turn that into results.

Hospitality: five star hotel sales and business development

Luxury retail: high-end fashion, jewellery, watches, premium electronics

B2B or B2C sales in premium segments: real estate, luxury automotive, premium insurance,



wealth advisory

High-end D2C or e-commerce brands where client experience was a differentiator

Must-Have Qualities

~Solid spoken and written English

~ Willingness to work from our Bangalore office (Banaswadi, Outer Ring Road)

~ Evidence of commercial results sales targets met, revenue grown, clients converted, or upsells closed

In addition to excellent English, fluency in Kannada, Hindi, or any South Indian language

Graduate degree.

Experience in organisations or sectors with premium focus such as American Express, MPower, Aviation, Taj, Oberoi, Marriott

Compensation

Rs 6,00,000 to Rs 12,00,000 per annum (based on experience and fit)
