We are seeking a Senior Manager - Client Servicing to manage our client relationships and ensure their satisfaction with our products and services. The ideal candidate should have at least 6-7 years of experience in a client-facing role, excellent communication and interpersonal skills,
and the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
Manage and guide the internal team to ensure efficient execution of client requirements and project deliverables.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and external stakeholders to ensure satisfaction with our products and services.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the timely delivery of projects and address client requirements, issues, and concerns.
Monitor and analyze client feedback to identify opportunities for service improvement, client retention, and business growth.
Manage stakeholder expectations by maintaining clear communication and providing regular updates on project status and outcomes.
Stay up to date with industry trends, market developments, and best practices in client servicing and
